Typically, it takes approximately 7 days, depending on your location. PLEASE BE SURE your shipping address is correct before placing your order! We cannot guarantee receipt of your order if the shipping address is faulty.

If you must cancel, please do so within 3 hours of placing the order. After that, the order goes into production and cannot be canceled. Don't forget, a portion of your sale goes directly to canine cancer research, so please reconsider a cancellation.

Unfortunately, once orders are placed, we cannot adjust the payment. In addition, please remember that a portion of the sale goes directly to canine cancer research, so your higher cost means more goes to help the dogs.
