Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing our products!

Our goal is to get your items to your door in a timely manner, but we need your help!

 

Before submitting your order, PLEASE double-check your address to be sure it's correct.  If you make an error, we will do our best to assist in getting your package delivered, but there are no guarantees.

 

We DO NOT ship to P.O. boxes!

We have no control over the carriers who truck your items to you.  Please use your tracking code and contact the shipper directly if there's a problem with receipt of your order.  If the shipper loses your package, they are responsible. Please deal with them directly to rectify.  If possible, we will try to assist you.  Email us at: info@kindnesswear.com.

Free shipping cannot be combined with any other offer.

Refund Policy

Please bear in mind that a portion of each sale goes directly to canine cancer research.

In addition, each item is custom made for you.  For these reasons, we do not accept returns, so please double-check the size (size up!), price, promotions, and a valid address.

Of course, should your order be damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at info@kindnesswear.com within 30 days of order placement to receive a replacement (you must submit your order number and a photo of the issue).
